Prof. Mina Seinfeld de Carakushansky,
Brasileiros Humanitarios em Acao,
Rio de Janeiro,
Brazil.
Dear Prof. Seinfeld de Carakushansky,
You have been a valued member of the EURAD Advisory Board for some time and your support and advice are always appreciated
During your term as ‘Drugs Tsar’ to the Mayor of Rio de Janeiro you made many courageous strides in a difficult climate to promote a culture that was free of drugs. Your conferences, drug education seminars and international co-operation went from strength to strength and you are now an established expert on international narcotic matters.
Your enterprising initiative to establish Brasileiros Humanitarios em Acao (BRAHA, Humanitarian Brazilians in Action) in your country is yet another step in your quest to help your fellow humans towards a life that is fulfilled and separate from the drugs culture. We wish you well in this and assure you of our ongoing support and respect.
I believe that it would now be practical for Brasileiros Humanitarios em Acao to affiliate to EURAD and therefore am inviting you to consider this offer. You will of course remain on EURAD’s Advisory Board.
Please be assured of our ongoing support and cooperation in the future and we look forward to hearing from you.
With kindest personal regards,
Grainne Kenny
International President
